Founded in 1999 by Anthony Thompson as a single team of 7 players including his son Jordan turning out in a second hand kit bought for £50.00, and rapidly grew in to the excellent community club for Gorton & Openshaw that it is today.This season 2008/2009 will see the club celebrate its 10th anniversarry by expanding yet again to 10 teams including a talented girls team, a tremendous achievement by everybody past & present who has been involved with the club.
